Lesson 3 - Design Meeting 1

Outcomes:

You will create a set of question to ask your client,
You will decide a company name

Starter - Decide a Company Name

In 5 minute decide on a company name within your group.

Task 1 - Introducing Google Docs

The Project manager of your groups can sign in and create a document.
- They will need to SHARE, then add the gmail addresses of the people of the group.
All the other members of the group can login, and under Google Drive/Docs they will see the shared document.

Now all members can edit the document in real time, but also at home. This means that you can have a virtual meeting and discuss (via the messaging system in Gdocs) and edit the same document.

Deadlines:

by lesson 6 (3 lessons time), you will need to have complete and brought in:

Completed questionnaire
A Client Specification
A Company logo

Task 2 - Class discussion on Question

After the class discussion revise your questions.
- Are some of the question to board/open,
- are there any follow up questions,
- have you got all the informtion you need to start creating a design specifcation,
- do you understand the vision of the app and what the client whats?
- Idea of Questions

Task 3 - Understanding a client Specification

After you have completed the questionnaire, understood your client vision and needs for the app, you will need to create a client specification.
